Veemo Batch 2: The Next Evolution in Sustainable Mobility

At Envo, we’re always striving to improve our designs based on user feedback, extensive testing, and a commitment to providing the best experience for our riders. With the second batch of Veemos set to hit the market, we’re excited to share the upgrades and enhancements we’ve made to ensure these next-generation vehicles deliver an unparalleled blend of comfort, durability, and performance.

Here’s what’s new:

Enhanced Comfort and Ride Quality

  • Front Shocks: Taller and stiffer front shocks provide greater clearance, reduce bump steer, and enhance overall comfort.

  • Rear Shocks: Longer yet softer rear shocks offer a smoother and more forgiving ride.

  • Control Arm Bushings: Upgraded to minimize vibrations and improve ride smoothness.

  • Seat Redesign: The seat has been custom-manufactured with a more ergonomic design for significantly improved rider comfort during long trips.

Improved Durability and Longevity

  • Cargo Liner: A new liner has been added to the rear cargo area to protect belongings and provide a more polished surface.

  • Shell Mounting Enhancements: Bonded rubber/steel washers now distribute pressure from shell mounting bolts to prevent cracking.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Bolts: All bolts have been upgraded to materials that resist rust and corrosion for increased longevity.

  • UHMW Underbody Plates: Added to protect the underbody during high-center or low-clearance scenarios.

  • Headlight Mounts: Redesigned to a stronger and more durable configuration.

Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Reduction

  • Foam Padding: Added between the shell and roll bars to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness.

  • Body/Shell Mounts: Upgraded for improved durability and reduced NVH.

Enhanced Pedaling and Control

  • Rerouted Wiring: Wires are now repositioned to prevent interference during pedaling, particularly for riders with larger feet.

  • New Pedals and Shorter Cranks: Designed to avoid interference and improve pedaling efficiency.

  • Toe-Adjustment Tie Rods: Updated for easier and more precise alignment.

  • Front Chain Ring: The new 42T chain ring ensures a comfortable cadence at higher speeds on flat ground.

  • Chain Savers: Added to the front and rear idlers to prevent chain derailment.

Upgraded Safety Features

  • Brake Line Securing: Brake lines are now better secured to protect them during high-center or low-clearance situations.

  • Windshield Wiper Extension: An extended wiper arm provides greater windshield coverage during rainy conditions.

Streamlined Electrical System

  • 12V Converter: Updated to reduce battery drain when on standby.

  • Bike Computer Memory: Now remembers the electric PAS level even after the system is turned off and back on.
